My love for real estate began with the search for me and my wife’s first home. Scouring through what seemed like an endless amount of listings in attempt to find what was blend of two completely different styles. After purchasing our home I found myself still look at listings daily. The next year I purchased my first investment property and decided to become a licensed agent.
After Harvey I purchased a 4500 square foot home in Katy in need of a complete renovation. Working with plumbers, electricians, HVAC techs, and many other trades all at the same time to manage such a large project felt a little overwhelming at times, but provided invaluable experience. In the end we delivered a beautiful house that a family now calls home.
The experience I have gained as a buyer, a seller, an agent, and a landlord are all of benefit to my clients. I have also been able to build relationships with industry professionals that provide additional experience beyond that of my own. It is with that experience and my desire to provide clients with great customer service and communication that I build my business and relationships.
